Project notes

Bathroom renovation material checklist

Separate the bathroom material list into wall lining, flooring, waterproofing, finishes and accessories. Discuss each interface before ordering so a change in tile, fitting or substrate does not leave an incompatible detail.

BAL assessments and external wall selection

Start with the project’s documented bushfire assessment, rather than choosing cladding from its appearance. Ask the designer to identify the complete wall arrangement and the junction details that apply to your site.
