Choosing screws for a finished lining

Identify the lining material and framing before choosing a screw. A useful comparison includes the specified head, drive, length and coating, together with the finishing method and the manufacturer's fixing instructions.
Define the selection
Use the current installation schedule for the exact system. Keep the substrate, selected fastener and accessory information together so any proposed substitution can be checked before materials are ordered or installed.
Check before comparing products
- Board and substrate combination.
- Head, length, thread and coating.
- Specified fixing pattern and finishing approach.
Build a material list that can be checked
Record the selected product name or SKU, each required size and the quantity for each work area. Use the actual listed coverage when estimating packs or boards, and confirm the allowance with your installer. Include compatible accessories and keep a copy of the agreed selections.
Browse related building materials · Estimate material quantities · Ask MY META about your material list. Collection and freight arrangements must be confirmed separately.
