Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact 02 9055 9575 with your order number, product or SKU, a description of the issue and any useful photographs. We will discuss the next step and suitable return arrangements for bulky materials.
Your consumer rights
If goods do not meet applicable consumer guarantees, remedies may include repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The appropriate remedy depends on the problem. Nothing in our ordering or returns information excludes those rights.

Changes and change-of-mind requests
Please contact us before changing an order or sending products back. We will review the order status and the product involved, and confirm any available change-of-mind arrangement before you return it. Check selections carefully, particularly for special-order or cut-to-size materials. This does not limit rights relating to faulty goods.
