Collection by arrangement
Call 02 9055 9575 with your product list or order number. Wait for confirmation of availability, the collection point and a suitable time before travelling. An order acknowledgement is not a ready-to-collect notice.

Freight quoted for your order
Collection is by prior arrangement. Delivery is quoted separately according to the products, quantities, destination and site access. Delivery is booked after the freight cost and arrangements have been agreed.
What to include in a freight enquiry
- Product names or SKUs, each selected size and quantity.
- Delivery suburb, postcode and preferred date.
- Site access: vehicle clearance, road restrictions, parking, slopes and any stairs.
- Unloading arrangements and an on-site contact.
We will confirm service availability, lead time and any access-dependent requirements for your specific order. A preferred date is a request until confirmed.
Receiving materials
Check the product, selected size, quantity and visible condition when receiving goods. Keep your order details and photograph any damage or discrepancy, then contact us so the issue can be reviewed. Follow the manufacturer’s handling and storage instructions.
