Do prices include GST?
Displayed product prices are in AUD and include GST. The cart and order show the applicable tax breakdown. A product without a price needs a pricing enquiry.
How do I choose a product size or specification?
Open the product and select every required option. Check the selected price, SKU and availability before adding it to your cart. A price range covers the listed variants; your exact selection determines the price.
Can I arrange delivery?
Yes, you can request a freight quotation. Provide product selections, quantities, postcode and site access information. Delivery cost and timing must be confirmed separately; collection is by prior arrangement.

How do I estimate quantities?
Use the plasterboard, insulation or cladding calculator, then check actual coverage, openings, waste and your installation layout.
Can I change an order or report a problem?
Call us with the order number as soon as possible. We will check its status and discuss the next step. See our returns and product support information.
How do I request an order quote?
Select each required product option, add materials to your cart, then use Request an order quote. Review the prefilled product list and choose collection or delivery. A quotation request does not place a paid order.
Where is my tax invoice?
After successful payment, the customer processing or completed-order email includes a View / print tax invoice link. It is also available on the order confirmation and, for signed-in customers, the account order page. Invoice access requires the correct order key and a paid order.
